Every part is produced to the exact geometry of the vessel — from a template, a technical drawing or a 3D scan. Cut, formed and finished in our own workshop.
Front, side and hardtop glazing for open boats, cabin cruisers and RIBs. Flat or curved, in clear or tinted acrylic, with polished edges and drilled to your fixing pattern.
Wind deflectors and flybridge screens formed to the contour of the deck. Thermoformed over a dedicated mould where the geometry requires curvature, so the panel holds its shape without being forced into the frame.
Deck hatch lenses, portlight lenses, companionway doors and door glazing. We supply the acrylic — lenses and panels cut to the original profile, not frames or hardware. In most cases the existing frame stays on the boat and only the glazing is replaced.
Consoles, instrument panels, table tops, sun visors and one-off acrylic components — including discontinued parts rebuilt from the original piece or a 3D scan.
Custom fabrication
Send us the broken original, a cardboard template, a DXF file or a 3D scan — we work from whichever you have. Laser cutting, CNC machining and thermoforming are done in house, so tolerances stay under our control from first cut to final polish.
We supply boatyards, refit specialists, boat builders and private owners across Europe. A single replacement part and a production batch go through the same process.
About
LaserPlexx has been fabricating acrylic and technical plastics since 2014, based in Zagreb, Croatia. Laserplexx Nautica is our marine division — the same machines, tooling and finishing we use for industrial work, applied to parts that have to survive salt, UV and vibration.
Cutting, forming, bonding, printing and polishing all happen in our own workshop. Nothing that affects fit is subcontracted, which is why we can quote a single replacement lens and a production batch on the same terms.
Clean, flame-polished edges straight off the machine, with tight repeatability across a batch.
Routing, profiling, countersinking and fixing holes cut to the original pattern — not drilled by hand on site.
Curved panels formed over a dedicated mould, so the part reaches the frame already in shape.
Solvent and UV bonding for assembled parts, with edges finished to the level the application requires.
Direct printing on acrylic for instrument panels, signage and branded components.
Work from a sample, cardboard template, DXF drawing or 3D scan — whichever you have available.
